Colonel Patricia Steinocher

Deputy Director, Army National Guard, Reserve Affairs U.S. Army Medical Command

COL Steinocher graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX, with a BA degree in Political Science, completed the Graduate Paralegal program at Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, TX, and later received her MAHS in Administration from St. Edwards in Austin, TX. Prior to joining the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) she was an Auditor with the Veterans Administration, and a Senior Legal Assistant and later a Program Manager with the Texas Attorney General’s Office working in both the Litigation and Consumer Protection Divisions. 

COL Steinocher’s assignments include: Ambulance Platoon Leader Co F 249th MSB; Plans, Operations and Training Officer in the TXARNG Medical Detachment; Health Services Material Officer, TXARNG Medical Detachment; TROUPERS Team Chief, NGB Training Division, Arlington, VA; NGB AMEDD Recruiting Section Chief, NGB Strength Management Division, Arlington, VA; NGB AMEDD Personnel Program Officer, Arlington, VA; ARNG Personnel Proponent Advisor, APPD, Fort Sam Houston, TX; Senior ARNG Advisor, NRMC, Fort Belvoir, VA and her current assignment is as the ARNG Deputy Director for Reserve Affairs MEDCOM,  Fort Sam Houston, TX.
